Family information sessions, starting Wednesday 29th April

Support meeting, Wednesday 11th March, Preventing Falls

The next support meeting is taking place on Wednesday 11th March, 10.30-12, Mallow Primary Healthcare Centre. Shirley Cahill a HSE physiotherapist will be coming to speak to us about preventing falls. She will also be giving us practical tips on what to do if your loved one experiences a fall. Dementia café Join Kevin and his wife Helena for coffee and a chat in the Daily Grind, Kanturk, Wednesday 4th March, 3-4.30. Kevin has Lewy Body Dementia and would love to meet others to share experiences and provide support. All are welcome.

Social Club, 18th February 2020, Springfort Hall
